When and how did you decide to be a real estate agent?

I got my Real Estate License back in July 2012. Before that, I was working in a Private School as the Office Manager and worked directly under the Principle for three years. I was also one of the Board Directors in the school. I had reached the point where it was the highest position I could possibly pursue at the school, and it was not satisfying for me.
The idea of working in Real Estate had always been in my mind as my Brothers were working as Independent Contractors in construction/building. Plus, I have always had a love for housing and Interior Design. After becoming a Real Estate Agent, I have also studied and received my Interior Design Diploma, which added value to my clients when it comes to New building floor plans and Staging consultations. Additionally, I have a Bachelor’s degree from UBC in Economics and Mathematics.

How do you specialize?

I specialize in Residential Re-Sale market in the Fraser Vally area.

How did you decide to join Jovi Realty? What are your business targets? *

I first came into contact with Jovi Realty 4 years ago when I listed condo in DT Vancouver. One of the Jovi Agents named Kully Mann was showing my listing, and he introduced me to Jovi. I had a very good impression and lots of interest in the brokerage at the time; however, I wasn’t realty to make a move.
Early this year, I decided to switch brokerage, and Jovi came to my mind. I am so glad that I went with Jovi Realty, and I am pleased about what Jovi offers to their Agents. My Business targets are very simple – 100% Client Satisfaction. I always try my best to provide the highest quality of Real Estate services to all my clients. A good reputation is the key to success; Business will come and substance itself.

How do you describe yourself as a personality?

I would say I am pretty out-going and friendly.
My friends, colleagues and clients say that I am very easy to connect to and comfortable to talk to. I am very compassionate, personable, communicative, honest and loyal.
Most of my clients become my good friends. When dealing with business, I am extremely efficient and professional; Personally, like everyone else, I always try to have work-life balance , so I make sure I take time off for myself and my family.

What do you do in your free time?

Lots of family time – travelling, hiking, dining, movies, etc.

What is your favourite spot in the Vancouver area? What do you like doing there the most?

Your favourite restaurants, hiking trails, bars, lakes etc. any place you like going or may advise people to go/visit.
My favourite spots are North Vancouver and Port Moody. My husband and I love exploring the BC outdoors whenever we have free time.

Where is your favourite travel destination?

Hawaii! It’s where my husband and I met – Kona, Hawaii. We also named our daughter Kona.
