Teresa Chiang has been a realtor since 2011, and has dealt with residential real estate Buy & Sell in Vancouver East, Vancouver West, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster. Teresa moved here from Taiwan in 2002, and can speak fluent English and Mandarin. She is a licensed realtor, immigration consultant, paralegal and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English literature.
After being a realtor for many years, Teresa gained tremendous knowledge and experience in the local real estate market, including working on area features, school ranking, market trends, and more. As an immigrant herself, she has received much help from her friends and her former realtor when settling down and purchasing a house. Now, she hopes to provide her services and advice to help newcomers, as well as first time home buyers to help them reduce anxieties and stress associated with finding an ideal home throughout the real estate transaction process.
