Our offices are open and fully functioning, with limited staff members who are handling the operations. We have taken all the precautions to protect the safety of our people and currently not accepting visitors to our offices.

Do Open House Activities Continue?
We asked our agents not to do any open houses. Agents may do appointment-based showings by strict rules of hygiene followed by the agents and our clients. Agents are also doing virtual showings where necessary.
What is Advised For Real Estate Clients?
We are going through a very special period where everyone needs to be very careful and take precautions. In line with the guidelines of the health authorities, we recommend everyone to stay at their home and contact Jovi agents for the market opportunities. It is possible to see the houses on the appointment base where our agents will help you providing the hygiene in the homes. The visitors are also required to follow specific guidelines on their visit, as advised by their agents.
The BC government has categorized the real estate transactions among the necessary services; therefore we will continue providing services in line with the guidelines.
