Allan Cheung

Allan is a firm believer in individual experiences. Just as he believes his communications background and 5 years of work experience in Beijing as a marketing and public relations manager has prepared him to be a JOVI Realtor, Allan understands that every client deserves an individual approach to assist and prepare them in their Real Estate needs. Whether it be to list, buy, and/or invest, Allan will walk each individual path with his clients.
Two things that will be consistent however; Listening and communication. These are skills that Allan respects and do not take for granted.

Only after full understanding and trust will he then apply his 7 years of Greater Vancouver Real Estate experience to sell your home and/or find the next perfect one.

Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin, Allan not only ensures clear communication with all clients, but also with a majority of fellow Realtors for most efficient cooperation.

When he’s not engaging with his clients, you’ll find Allan on some sort of sports court, at a new restaurant, at the theatres, or at home playing with his rambunctious daughter.
